Digital Switched Service (DSS)
Course Description
This self-directed, web-based course provides you with knowledge
of Qwest Digital Switched Service (DSS). You will learn how
DSS works and about the options available.
Digital Switched Service is a digital interface that provides
PBX users with switched access from the customers PBX to Qwest's
central office. DSS is the service that rides on the DSS/DS1
digital facility between the customer site and the central office
switch.

Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers,
but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and processes, and will
allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales
and Service Team.
