PBX Trunks
Course Description
This self-directed, web-based course provides you with knowledge
of the Qwest PBX Trunks product. You will learn how PBX Trunks
works and the options available.
PBX Trunks are connections between an organization's PBX (Private
Branch eXchange) and the outside telephone network. Telephone
users within the customer's company share these connections
for making and receiving calls outside the company's network.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:
- Explain what a PBX Trunk is and how it works
- Describe the features of PBX Trunks
Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers,
but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and processes, and will
allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales
and Service Team.
