Course Description
This self-directed, web-based course provides you with an overview
of Collocation concepts, features, requirements, configurations,
entrance facility options, test points, and policies.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:
- Describe the elements of Qwest Collocation options (e.g.,
Physical, Virtual, and ICDF Collocation)
- Explain the elements of Collocation conversions
- List Collocation Entrance Facility options
- Identify the billing elements relevant to each Entrance
Facility option
Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily for CLECs and External Customers,
but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and processes, and will
allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales
and Service Team.

This course takes approximately 2-4 hours to complete.
