IMA Hands On Facility Based
Course Description
This introductory, instructor-led course explains how to use
Qwest's IMA Graphical User Interface (GUI) for ordering Qwest
Wholesale products. You will experience interactive software
demonstrations and participate in hands-on practice sessions
to familiarize yourself with the IMA GUI system.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- At an overview level of knowledge, identify the elements
of the IMA system
- Identify the various methods of accessing IMA.
- Practice the administrative functions utilized by the CLEC
or Reseller while using the IMA system.

Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is for Facility Based CLECs who submit Local
Service Requests (LSRs) via the IMA GUI. We believe this training
will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product
and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working
with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.
