This document provides an update to the Location and Timing of Deployment section.  Additionally the Interface Requirements section and Additional Information sections have been updated to provide current technical references and a new corporate contact.  The original Information is reiterated here as this announcement updates Network Disclosure News #336 dated 8/26/97.

Location and Timing of Deployment:

This interface is offered and available throughout the QWEST 14 state region, where technically and economically feasible. A central office specific list can be obtained via a PDF download, or by contacting the QWEST Vendor Service Center ONA consultant at 206-220-8989. Please request the following office list:
