QORA™ GUI
Course Description
This self-directed, web-based training provides information
about submitting ASR's, creating reports, and validating customer
information, while using the QORA™ (Qwest® On-Line
Request Application) GUI (Graphical User Interface). The QORA™
application allows customers to create, submit, and manage ASRs
through a GUI that includes several built-in features and functions
which ensure easy and efficient ASR processing.
Course Objectives
The course goal is to provide the information necessary for
CLECs, Resellers, IXCs, Wireless, ILECs and Paging customers
to use the QORA GUI to submit ASRs. The course is benefit
oriented, stressing ease of use, reduction of errors, and improvement
of flow, through quality of orders, timeliness and FOC delivery.
The web based training includes an overview, demonstration,
and practice with the features and capabilities of the QORA™
GUI. Upon completion of this training course, you will be able
to:
- Understand QORA administrative processes and sign-on
procedures
- Understand how to use QORA to validate customer information
such as address, BAN, CFA, NC codes, and perform a CLLI scan
- Identify and describe how to use QORA to create and
submit ASRs and reports
- Identify and describe how to use QORA to revise, restructure,
and correct ASRs
- Understand how to create, download and print an ASR report
- Identify and use the three Appendices (ASR Forms, Glossary,
and Error Message Directory)
Technical Requirements
To appreciate the full benefits of this training, we recommend:
- Pentium/333 MHz or better
- Windows 98 or higher, 16-bit high color, viewed at 800x600
- 64 MB RAM
- Internet Explorer 4.0 or above
- Netscape 4.7 or above
- Macromedia Flash Player
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Spreadsheet Software (needed for viewing and printing XLS documents)
Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is CLECs, Resellers, IXCs, Wireless, ILECs
and Paging. This training will assist you in the use of the QORA
GUI to input Access Service Requests and allow you to be more
effective in submitting Access Service Requests.
