This self-directed, pre-recorded web conference provides information about the functionality and capability of Qwest Control.

Prerequisites
Users should have access to Qwest Control and be familiar with Remote Control.

The target audience for the training is primarily Qwest national wholesale customers, resellers, and carriers, but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.
