Qwest Control® allows you to take control over your virtual
enterprise. Get real-time updates and reports on your communications
systems by using Qwest Control services through your Web browser.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

- Recognize the various products applications
- View and/or generate specific product reports

Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily Qwest national wholesale customers,
resellers, and carriers, but the training is available to anyone
who would like an overview of the subject. We believe this training
will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product
and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working
with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.
