PIC Dispute Resolution

Course Description

This web-based training provides information about the Qwest National Wholesale PIC Dispute Process, which was created to manage and enforce the FCC rules for Anti-Slamming. The PIC provisions of your Agreement are designed, among other things, to improve performance objectives for Qwest and Qwest customers. This course also teaches ReQwest Switchless Resellers how to define, identify and resolve PIC Disputes via Qwest's Remote Control® (RMC) portal.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:

  • Define slamming
  • Describe the Qwest Anti-Slamming Policy
  • Define a PIC Dispute
  • Download CARE files in Remote Control
  • Resolve a PIC Dispute
  • Describe penalties for not resolving PIC Disputes
  • Identify contacts to assist you with resolving PIC Disputes

Prerequisites

  • Basic telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Remote Control ®

Audience

The target audience for this training is primarily ReQwest Switchless Resellers, but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview of the subject.

This course takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
