On Line Dispute Management

Course Description

The web-based On Line Dispute Management (ODM) course provides step-by-step instructions for using the ODM tool to submit online billing disputes via Remote Control. The online billing dispute form eliminates the need to submit an electronic form to wholesale.billing@qwest.com.

Course Objectives

The ODM online training course includes information on how to complete the following tasks:

  • Access ODM via the Remote Control Web Portal
    • Proper browser configuration
    • Log in to Remote Control and access ODM
  • Create a new billing dispute
    • Input customer information
    • Add comments
    • Add attachments
  • Filter and search for existing billing disputes
    • Add comments
    • Add attachments
    • Print billing dispute lists
    • Cancel a billing dispute
    • View billing dispute history
    • View billing dispute details

  • None

The ODM online training course is designed for Qwest Wholesale National customers.
