Qwest Broadband
Course Description
This self-directed, web-based course provides an overview of
the Qwest Broadband Services product. It also covers preorder
activites, ordering activities, and practice exercises.
Qwest Broadband Services is a data solution that uses Rate
Adaptive Digital Subscriber Line (RADSL) and Asynchronous Transfer
Mode (ATM) technologies to allow concurrent voice and data transmission,
or data transmission only, over a single local loop. RADSL is
a type of Digital Subscriber Line that has the ability to change
signaling parameters and adjust data rate based on impairments
on the subscribers loop. Qwest Broadband Services provides end-users
continuous, dedicated access to their Internet Service Provider
(ISP) or corporate Local Area Network (LAN).

Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers,
but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and will allow you to be
more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.

This course takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete.
