Resale PLT DS1 via IMA
Course Description
This self-directed, web-based course provides an overview of
the Resale Private Line Transport (PLT) Digital Signal Level
(DS1) product, as well as details the processes for submitting
a service request via Interconnect Mediated Access (IMA). The
processes covered are PreOrder, Order, Post Order, Provisioning,
and Billing.
Resale PLT DS1 is a high capacity service that can transport
digitally coded voice, data or video signals point to point
between two customer locations at 1.544 Mbps

Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers,
but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and processes, and will
allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales
and Service Team.
