QORA™ Pre-Order Validation Review

Course Description

This instructor facilitated, web based training provides a review of how to use the QORA™ GUI Pre-Order validation tool. The training focuses on specific edits for NC/NCI, CFA and Addresses implemented on May 16, 2005. In addition, there is an overview of a change in process surrounding the "ACT" field.

Technical Requirements

• Headset and/or speakers to play back events

• Spreadsheet Software (needed for viewing and printing XLS documents)

Course Objectives

The course goal is to provide the information necessary for CLECs, Resellers, IXCs, Wireless, ILECs and Paging customers to use QORA™ GUI Pre-Order to validate the appropriate information prior to submitting ASRs. The course is benefit oriented, stressing ease of use, reduction of errors, and improvement of flow through, quality of orders, timeliness and FOC delivery.

The instructor led, web based training includes an overview, demonstration, and practice of the features and capabilities of the QORA™ GUI Pre-order screens.

Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:

• Use QORA™ Pre-Order to validate customer information such as address, CFA, and NC/NCI codes.

Prerequisites

• Experience using web based, graphical user interfaces
• Working knowledge of completing and submitting ASRs to Qwest
• Review of the QORA™ User Guide
• ASR Private Line
• ASR CCSAC/SS7
• ASR LIS Trunking
• ASR Switched Access
• ASR Wireless Training
• Type 2 QORA hands on or web based training

Audience

The target audience for the training is CLECs, IXCs, Wireless, ILECs and Paging. This training will assist you in the use of the QORA GUI Pre-Order to validate critical order information and allow you to be more effective in submitting Access Service Requests.

Course Length

This instructor facilitated web based training course takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
