Interconnect Mediated Access (IMA) Facility Based Directory Listing - Advanced

Course Description:

This advanced instructor-led training course builds on the basic information provided in the initial class for those Providers who need additional assistance with completing orders for complex listing arrangements. A significant amount of time will be spent reviewing complex types of listings and records, and creating orders to establish new or change existing listing arrangements using an Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) Directory Form via IMA.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, the participant will have the skills to:

• Identify the different types of listings and records
• Understand the rules pertaining to complex directory listings
• Understand how to work with multi-Provider owned captions
• Complete OBF Directory Forms for complex listing arrangements

Interconnect Mediated Access (IMA) Facility Based Directory Listing Training - Initial

Audience:

The target audience for the training is CLECs, ILECs, VoIPs, and Resellers. We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product and will allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.
