
IMA Hands On Resale and UNE-P POTS
Course Description
This introductory instructor-led training course teaches you
how to use Qwest's IMA Graphical User Interface (GUI) to order
wholesale products. You will experience interactive software
demonstrations and participate in hands-on practice sessions
to familiarize yourself with the IMA GUI system.
NOTE: This course is specifically designed for Resellers,
and those CLECs that specifically order UNE-P POTS.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
- At an overview level of knowledge, identify the elements
of the IMA system.
- Identify the various methods of accessing IMA.
- Practice the administrative functions utilized by the
CLEC or Reseller while using the IMA system.

Prerequisites
- IMA GUI
- Local Qwest 101 "Doing Business with Qwest"
- Basic telecommunications knowledge and/or equivalent industry
experience

Audience
The target audience for the training is:
- Resellers that submit Local Service Requests (LSRs)
via the IMA GUI.
- CLECs ordering UNE-P POTS, that submit Local Service
requests (LSRs) via the IMA GUI.
We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better
understanding of the product and processes, and will allow
you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and
Service Team.

This course takes 1 day to complete.
