ASR CCSAC/SS7
Course Description
This instructor-led course provides an overview of the process
for requesting Common Channel Signaling Access Capability (CCSAC)/Signaling
System 7 (SS7) finished services from Qwest. Ordering requirements
and ASR form submission are also explained in detail.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:
- Describe CCSAC/SS7 product, features and benefits
- Define different CCSAC/SS7 network configurations
- Describe the process of ordering CCSAC/SS7 Services from
Qwest
- Determine the required forms to submit a request
- Identify the required fields on each ASR form
- Define the interval guidelines for CCSAC/SS7 Services
Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily for CLECs and External Customers,
but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and processes, and will
allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales
and Service Team.
