Course Description
This course is designed to provide an overview of the system functionality
that will be added with IMA Release 26.0.
Course Objectives
Upon completion if this course, users will understand the change(s)
being implemented with IMA Release 26.0.
Prerequisites
- Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
- Experience using previous release versions of IMA
- Practitioner knowledge of IMA and local service request ordering
skills
- Qwest 101 "Doing Business with Qwest"
Audience
The target audience for the training is CLECs and Resellers. This training will
assist you in the use of the IMA GUI to input Local Service Requests
and allow you to be more effective in submitting Local Service
Requests.
Course Length
This course will take approximately 1/2 hour to complete.
