Course Description
This course is designed to provide an overview of the system functionality
that will be added with IMA Release 25.0.
Course Objectives
Upon completion if this course, users will understand the change(s) being implemented
with IMA Release 25.0.
Prerequisites
- Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
- Experience using web based, graphical user interfaces
- Working knowledge of completing and submitting LSRs to Qwest
- Working knowledge of the Qwest IMA XML/GUI ordering system
- Review of the IMA User
Guide
Audience
The target audience for the training is CLECs and Resellers. This training will
assist you in the use of the IMA GUI to input Local Service Requests
and allow you to be more effective in submitting Local Service
Requests.
Course Length
This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
