Course Description

This course discusses the changes to IMA implemented with Release 23.0. The CLEC training includes changes and enhancements made to the IMA GUI as a part of the implementation of Release 23.0. This course is available via a special lesson included in the web-based IMA GUI training available via the Qwest Wholesale Training Course Catalog. Course Objectives

Upon completion of this training course, you should be able to:

• Describe IMA Release 23.0 enhancements
• Utilize the IMA Release 23.0 training document to understand how CLECs will be impacted by this release

Prerequisites

• Qwest 101 "Doing Business with Qwest"
• Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
• Practitioner knowledge of IMA and service request ordering skills
• Experience using previous release versions of IMA

Audience

The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers, but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.
