Course Description
This self-directed, downloadable product-training course provides you with knowledge of the Qwest CCSAC/SS7 Interconnect products (both Finished and Unbundled). Topics include an overview of the product, features and functions, applications and customer benefits, the pricing and billing elements, and ordering and provisioning the LIS.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you should be able to:

• Describe the features and functions of the CCSAC/SS7 Interconnect products
• Define the benefits of the CCSAC/SS7 Interconnect products
• Describe the difference between the CCSAC/SS7 Finished and Unbundled products
• Describe the rate elements of the CCSAC/SS7 network

Prerequisites

• Local Qwest 101 "Doing Business with Qwest"
• Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
• Knowledge of Digital Technology

Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers, but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.

This course takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
