Batch Ordering and the Switched Batch Formatter
Course Description
This self-directed, pre-recorded web conference provides information about batch
ordering through Remote Control, for ANI's, 8XX, and Calling Cards
for switched services.
Technical Requirements
To appreciate the full benefits of this Web conference, we recommend:

Prerequisites
- Experience using web based, graphical user interfaces
- Experience using Remote Control
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily Qwest National Wholesale customers,
resellers, and carriers, but the training is available to anyone
who would like an overview of the subject.
