Course Description

This self-directed, pre-recorded web conference provides information on batch ordering through Remote Control for ANI's, 8XX, and Calling Cards for switched services.

Technical Requirements

• Headset and/or speakers to play back event

• Functionality of the Batch Formatter
• Provisioning Intervals
• Downloading the Batch Formatter (page 202)
• Create a new GBUS Batch File (page 222)
• Edit an existing Batch File (page 225)
• Using the delete, copy, and scan functions (page 231)
• Analyzing the report data

Prerequisites

Users should be familiar with Remote Control and experienced using web based, graphical user interfaces

Audience

The target audience for the training is primarily Qwest National Wholesale customers, resellers, and carriers, but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview of the subject

Course Length

This pre-recorded web conference takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
