Billing Increments

• U.S. Domestic - 6/6, bills in 6-second increments after the initial 6 seconds
• International/Canada - 30/6, bills in 6-second increments after the initial 30 seconds
• Mexico - 60/60, bills in 60-second increments after the initial 60 seconds
