NOTE: The SmartSet™ Package is grandparented in all states except Arizona effective April 11, 2005. This package is only available as a new service in Arizona.  Contact your Qwest Sales Executive for additional information.

Product Description

SmartSet is an optional service package available to business end-users.

    SmartSet includes:

    • Call Waiting (includes Call Waiting ID, where available)
    • Caller ID
    • Call Forwarding Variable
The following considerations apply to SmartSet:
    • No substitutions or omission of features is allowed.
    • End-user must have all features on one line to qualify for SmartSet.
    • Features may not be spread among multiple lines.
    • If an end-user desires additional features, see alternate packages (e.g., CustomChoice® for Business, Everywhere Line for Business) or allow as "stand alone."
    • Subject to a minimum billing period of one month
    • Nonrecurring charges do not apply to change an existing Custom Calling Package to SmartSet.
    • Not recommended with Centrex 21 due to price structure

SmartSet is not available in ID-N or OR.

Feature Activity Types (Action Codes)
The valid Feature Activity Types are:

  • D = Disconnect
  • N = Add

NOTE: When changing from one feature to another, use N and D Feature Activity Types.
