Ordering Rules

General ordering activities are described in the Ordering Overview.

Two-Line Packages

When adding, changing, removing or converting 2-Line PreferredChoice, you must provide the USOC PGO2N. PGO2N is not used for billing or provisioning the line; it enables Qwest to correctly identify and bill the package elements on the account. The following ordering rules illustrate examples of when the USOC is required.

Three Way Calling, Last Call Return, and Continuous Redial are available as Pay Per Use features. The USOCs for these features are automatically added to the service request when PreferredChoice USOCs are present to prevent Pay Per Use billing. To block a Pay Per Use feature, include the applicable feature blocking USOC listed in the feature table below.

Feature Activity Types (Action Codes)

The valid Feature Activity Types are:

  • D = Disconnect
  • N = Add

NOTE: When changing from one feature to another, use N and D Feature Activity Types.
