PopularChoice™ Packages allow residence end-users to choose flat residence lines and features from a menu of Custom Calling and Custom Local Area Signaling Services (CLASS™) features for a monthly rate. There are two different packages available for your end-user; PopularChoice and 2-Line PopularChoice.
PopularChoice allows residence end-users to choose one flat residence line and features and also offers discounted rates on optional products where these individual products are available.
2-Line PopularChoice allows residence end-users to choose two flat residence lines and features and also offers discounted rates on optional products on the first line where these individual products are available. Standard rates apply to features and optional products on the second line in the package.
PopularChoice is offered where CLASS features are available, except in ID-N.
PopularChoice is offered on flat residence lines, including Qwest High-Speed Internet™. PopularChoice cannot be on the same line with other package offerings.
2-Line PopularChoice is offered wherever CLASS features are available in AZ, CO, IA, MN, NE, NM, OR, SD, UT, and WA.
2-Line PopularChoice must always include two flat residence lines. 2-Line PopularChoice may also be provided with Qwest High-Speed Internet. Both of the end-user lines must be established on the same account.
2-Line PopularChoice package features and optional discounted products can only be on one line. Normal rates apply to features and discounted products on the second line in the package.

PopularChoice has a recurring charge for the package. In ID-S the charge for the line bills separately from the package of features. There are no nonrecurring charges for the features included in the package except in NE and ID-S. There may be a line nonrecurring charge. Recurring and nonrecurring charges are based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.
2-Line PopularChoice has a recurring charge for the package and includes two flat residence lines in that rate. There are no nonrecurring charges for the features included in the package. There may be a line nonrecurring charge. Recurring and nonrecurring charges are based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.

Two-Line Packages
When changing, removing or converting 2-Line PopularChoice, you must provide the USOC PGO2N. PGO2N is not used for billing or provisioning the line; it enables Qwest to correctly identify and bill the package elements on the account. The following ordering rules illustrate examples of when the USOC is required.
