Qwest Choice™ Business Plus is a package that includes a flat rated business line and a choice of any or all of the features from the package that are compatible and meet your needs.

Qwest Choice Business packages are available where facilities exist throughout Qwest’s 14-state local service territory except in Idaho-North (ID-N)
and in Rate Group 3 in Oregon (OR).

For specific feature compatibility and restrictions, see the individual Resale
Features Product Catalogs (PCATs).
Qwest Choice Business Plus packages can not be provided
on the same line with other packages.
Qwest Choice Business Line packages are compatible with business line Universal
Service Order Codes (USOCs) 1FB, AFK, 1FA, AFV, HFB.
Qwest Choice Business Plus packages may have a recurring and a nonrecurring charge
based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.
There is no charge to add or remove features on an existing package. There is
no charge to add a package and included features to an existing line. TLA is
waived when an account is converted from another package to Qwest Choice Business
Plus.
Qwest Choice Business Plus packages may have a recurring
and nonrecurring charge based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price
Lists.
Rates and/or discounts are available in Exhibit A or the specific rate sheet
in your Interconnection or Resale Agreement.

The following ordering information applies when ordering QCB Add-A-Line on a 12 month term, 24 month term, or 36 month term:
A complete service request must be submitted and the order must be marked for manual handling, including a Remark requesting the desired term, similar to the promotions ordering process. The start date of your desired term will be the same as the Completion Date of your order.
