Qwest Choice Business™ Add-A-Line is a package that allows you to order additional lines for every Qwest Choice Business or Qwest Choice Business Plus package (per location), allowing you to create virtual multi-line packages. Each Qwest Choice Business Add-A-Line includes the business line and 1 feature. Additional “add on” features are available at the Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists rate after the initial feature selection has been made.

Qwest Choice Business packages are available where facilities exist throughout Qwest’s 14-state local service territory except in Idaho-North (ID-N)
and in Rate Group 3 in Oregon (OR).

For specific feature compatibility and restrictions, see the individual Resale
Features Product Catalogs (PCATs).
Qwest Choice Business Add-A-Line is not a stand alone package and must be associated
with Qwest Choice Business or Qwest Choice Business Plus packages.
Qwest Choice Business Add-A-Line packages are compatible with business line Universal
Service Order Codes (USOCs) 1FB, AFK, 1FA, AFV, HFB.
Qwest Choice Business Plus packages may have a recurring and a nonrecurring charge based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.

Rates and/or discounts are available in Exhibit A or the specific rate sheet
in your Interconnection or Resale Agreement.
Additional features (over the 1 included in the package) will be billed at the Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists rate, minus applicable Wholesale discounts: see Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.

The following ordering information applies when ordering QCB Add-A-Line on a 12 month term, 24 month term, or 36 month term:
A complete service request must be submitted and the order must be marked for manual handling, including a Remark requesting the desired term, similar to the promotions ordering process. The start date of your desired term will be the same as the Completion Date of your order.
