Carrier Access Code Blocking is a feature that will restrict attempts to place 1+ calls over an alternate carrier's network.
It will be most commonly requested by public/long distance aggregators; e.g., coin vendors, hotels, hospitals and universities whose systems allow 1+ access yet who desire 101XXXX1+ or 101XXXX011+ blocked. While these aggregators must allow equal access for their "guest" to the long distance networks, they may be unable to track and bill back calls that are directly dialed on Alternate Carrier networks.
