A. The Qwest expert
installer will walk you through it, step by step. For all new e-mail account
changes, you'll use the exclusive subscriber web site at valley.qwest.net.
Go to the Qwest tab and enter the Account Manager. You'll be able to
easily create additional e-mail accounts, modify accounts and change
your
passwords. For more specific information, please refer to the printed
Qwest Choice™ OnLine QuickHelp User Guide. Your e-mail address (to give
to friends and associates)
will be in the format username@qwest.net.
Q. How fast is the service?
A. Depending on which service package you choose, you can surf the Internet at speeds ranging from 256 Kbps to 3 Mbps.
