Qwest Choice™ TV & OnLine is committed to making our installation and service appointments fit your schedule. Installation appointments are scheduled at your convenience for a specific time. If we're not there within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your installation is free. Repair appointments are also scheduled to a specific time. If for any reason we're not there within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you'll receive a $20.00 credit on your next bill.

Watch Qwest Choice TV for 30 days - if for any reason you're not satisfied, we'll credit your account for your regular monthly charges. And if you ever have concerns about your Qwest Choice TV & OnLine services, please call us at (402) 691-1999.
