Qwest^® Broadband Phone Service is the new, convenient way to make and receive phone calls by converting calls into data that travels over your high-speed Internet connection.

It's Easy—You Only Need:

Broadband Internet connection

A speed connection of 1.5Mbps or higher is needed. Internet service is not included with Qwest Broadband Phone Service. Test your connection online to see if it qualifies for Qwest Broadband Phone Service.

Broadband phone adapter (included with service)

Touch-tone Analog phone

You can have up to two phone numbers per account.

Computer

A computer is not necessary, however certain features are only available with a PC running Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and 256MB of memory.
