Dialing Instructions

Calling from the United States and Canada (including Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)

1. Dial 1-800-487-9378. Listen for tone and greeting.
2. Enter your ten-digit home phone number + PIN.
3. Domestic call: dial area code + phone number.

International call: dial 011 + country code + city code (where applicable) + phone number.

Calling from outside the United States and Canada

1. Dial the toll free access number for the country you are in. Listen for tone or voice prompt.
2. Enter security access number 603. Listen for tone or voice prompt.
3. Enter your ten-digit home phone number + PIN. Listen for voice prompt.
4. To place a call to the United States: dial area code + number you are calling.

To place a call within the country you’re in, or to call another country: dial 011+ country code + city code (where applicable) + phone number.

Dialing Tips

• If you get a busy signal, no answer, or if you have finished your call and wish to place another, press and hold # for 2 seconds. Listen for the voice prompt and dial the next telephone number.
• If the telephone you are using does not allow the # key to be held down for 2 seconds, press # several times in rapid succession. Listen for the voice prompt and dial the next telephone number.
• If you make a mistake in dialing, press * to return to the previous step.
• To speak to an operator, dial the toll-free access number on your calling card, or the number listed here for the country you are in. Enter your Security Access Number when required (603), then either press 0 or hold for an operator.
• Any additional toll charges levied by the local telephone company are your responsibility.
