Qwest Foundation Supports Education and Outreach Programs at Jazz Festival

The Qwest Foundation has donated $15,000 to support more than 60 education and outreach programs at this year’s Portland Jazz Festival. This is on top of being the festival’s presenting sponsor which provides a great deal of additional overall support for the nationally-recognized event.
