Qwest Pioneers Make “Readers For Life” Out Of Adams County Students

What: The members of the Foothills chapter of the Qwest Pioneers organization are donating books to Adams County School District #14 in support of Readers for Life.

Where: DuPont Elementary School

When: Monday, Jan. 14, 2008
8:15 a.m.

Visuals: Qwest Pioneers presenting the books for use by 4th and 5th grade Adams County District #14 students to enhance reading skills.

Background: The Qwest Pioneers’ consists of active and retired Qwest employees and retirees from former Bell System companies. The club is involved in community service and educational projects across Colorado.

Readers for Life is a Qwest Pioneers program designed to help supplement reading skills in Colorado students.
