Qwest DS3 Service is a high-capacity channel for the transmission of 44.736 Mbps isochronous serial data having a line code of bipolar three zero substitution (B3ZS). Qwest DS3 System Channel Terminations are available using a mid-air meet interface.

Availability
Qwest Private Line DS-3 Service is available in-region on an intraLATA basis in the 14-state region of AZ, CO, ID, IA, MN, MT, NE, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY and in approximately 260 buildings in select metropolitan areas in the United States outside of the 14-state region. Contract and minimum term of commitment required for listed services.
