Qwest Collect Operator Services offers a selection of 8XX access collect services, so you can choose the option that meets your specific needs. Qwest doesn't just meet your needs, we exceed your expectations - and we pay you a commission on collect usage!
Q.Collect®is designed for competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), hospitals, colleges and universities to access the Qwest Operator Services platform.
- Does not require loading of an automatic number identification (ANI) database.
- Customer-exclusive, proprietary toll-free number.
- Qwest branding and rating.
- Pricing available through your Qwest Operator Services regional account manager.
Q.Universal Collect™ is primarily for payphone providers to market Qwest Toll-Free universal access to the Qwest Operator Services platform from their payphones. Payphone end users can access a low-priced collect product. At the same time, the payphone provider can recognize a healthy commission vs. dial-around compensation.
