IntraLATA calls are calls that originate and terminate within the same local
access transport area (LATA). Qwest offers several competitively structured
and priced calling plans to meet your needs and calls are billed directly on
the local bill you already receive. The IntraLATA Toll products are a part of
the Qwest Total AdvantageTM pricing structure, giving you the ability
to save more when you choose Qwest.

Must subscribe to Centrex 21 and reside in the Black Hills of South Dakota
No charge for 1+ dialed and Operator-Handled calls within the Black Hills
calling area
Calls originating within Black Hills and terminating outside the region,
but still within the LATA, are only nine cents per minute
Call timing is 6/6
There is no charge to establish or change any calling plan.
