This revolutionary telemanagement application produces reports from station message-detail recording (SMDR) devices, which capture call-detail records generated by PBX, Centrex, hybrid, or key telephone systems, or from tip-and-ring line scanners.

Call detail records can include:

  • Date of call
  • Duration of call
  • Extension number
  • Number dialed
  • Trunk group used
  • Most frequently dialed numbers
  • Longest duration calls
  • Highest cost calls and more

Information provided in a detailed or summarized report by individual station, department, or project.

What it helps you do:

  • Allocate costs to departments and projects
  • Bill clients for calls made on their behalf
  • Monitor employee productivity, and provide other benefits
  • Better forecast, budget, and allocate your telecom dollars
