Business Continuation Routing (BCR) is a bulk call forwarding service designed specifically for disaster situations. It allows you to quickly and efficiently reroute incoming voice calls to a predetermined telephone number at an alternate site, or to predetermined individual alternate telephone numbers at various locations.

BCR is a dynamic forwarding process designed to meet the needs of diverse groups within an organization who have the need to simultaneously forward calls to multiple locations in the event of a service or telephone system outage.

• Seamless. With BCR, Qwest takes care of everything. There are no new lines to buy or install, because we use the telephone numbers that already serve your place of business. Simply develop your business continuity plan with your account representative.
• Affordable. BCR is priced at a rate below some other business call forwarding services. This pricing approach doesn't penalize your business for experiencing a disaster, and allows you to focus your resources on quickly restoring normal business operations. A daily rate is applicable for the second or more activations in a rolling 30-day period, or continuance of a first activation beyond 48 hours
