Qwest provides GSA and agency users with specialized Networx training. The training is designed to enhance your Networx experience through education and includes helpful tips on utilizing the Qwest Control Networx Portal. Qwest offers 7,500 free training spots against the Universal contract and 2,000 against the Enterprise contract.
Executive overview training
This course is available under the Universal contract and provides an introduction to Networx services and features, highlighting the benefits of each.
Your training will include an overview of:
- Networx services
- Operational support systems
- The Networx transition plan

Designated agency representative (DAR) This course provides training on the service ordering and billing processes. Class participants will use the Qwest Networx Portal to navigate price quotes, order entry, and general reporting procedures. DAR training will address both the Universal and Enterprise Contracts.
Your training will include:
- Networx functionality
- Creating price quotes
- Utilizing bulk orders
- Placing service requests
- Adding, terminating, or changing service requests
- Tracking service requests through the order process
- Identifying the steps and notifications in the order process
- Identifying the billing process components
- Using customer service to initiate billing disputes
- Creating Ad Hoc reports

DAR training is approximately eight hours in length.
