The Qwest Control® Networx Portal is your agency's gateway to Qwest Networx operational support systems. Accessible from the Qwest Networx home page, the Qwest Control Networx Portal is a key tool that enables support to agencies dispersed both domestically and internationally. Using your assigned login ID and password, the portal allows agencies comprehensive access to:
- Service requests and orders
- Quotes and billing status
- Current service inventories (in accordance with Section C.3.8)
- Inventory management
- Trouble reporting
- Customer complaints
- Status initiation and monitoring
The portal is designed to serve as your agency's one-stop conduit for daily status pertaining to ongoing projects, as well as service delivery activities related to your agency. For your convenience, the portal will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
