Qwest Moves Pricing Information To Online Catalogue

Effective Feb. 15, 2007, the provisions governing Frame Relay Service (FRS), Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) Service, Outward WATS and 800 Services provided by Qwest® to Oregon customers, will move from the tariff filed with the Oregon Public Utility Commission to a Product Catalog (Catalog) published on the Qwest Web site. By moving products and services to a Catalog, Qwest will be able to respond to your telecommunications needs more quickly, and it may also create a more competitive environment—thus benefiting you.

The Qwest services and features involved will be provided under the terms of the relevant Catalog instead of tariffs after the transition, and the Catalog will be the contract between you and Qwest. As a user of any of these services or features, you agree to the provisions in the relevant Catalog unless you cancel the service or feature. Initially, the rates, terms and conditions for the affected products will be the same in the respective Catalogs as they are in the currently filed tariffs. Over time, Qwest may change the Catalog by adding the change to the Catalog, giving you reasonable notice of important changes instead of filing them with the Commission.
