Roxanne RuckerRoxane Rucker

Roxane Rucker joined Qwest Government Services as Sr. Program Manager for an agency-wide Department of Treasury contract in March of 1999. In her current role as Sr. Director of Program Management, Ms. Rucker is currently responsible for managing and leading a team that supports several key Department of Energy, NASA, and International programs in addition to the Department of Treasury contract. Ms. Rucker is also responsible for supporting the GSA Metropolitan Area Acquisition contracts and multiple equipment schedules.

Prior to joining Qwest, Ms. Rucker spent 14 years with AT&T’s Government Markets group where she held numerous positions in program and operations management as well as new business development. She played a key role in managing several Department of Defense and civilian contracts. Additionally, Ms. Rucker successfully managed a team of Offer Managers with revenue commitments in excess of $100 million.

Ms. Rucker holds a MBA degree in finance from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

Ms. Rucker is a recognized achiever within the telecommunications industry and is publicly represented in company media spots and marketing campaigns. She is a member of the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Association of United States Army, Capitol Telecommunications Professionals (CTP), the Independent Telecommunications Pioneers Association, and the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
