Each of four bundles is composed of the most frequently ordered collocation components and is competitively priced to provide a greater value than purchasing each item individually. Qwest Hosting Server Management Services Bundles simplify Web and database support. Qwest bundles managed service components for ease of use and quick implementation. Hot Site Restoration and Recovery Services is a monthly subscription model that delivers carrier-class, pre-configured, pre-staged and rapidly-scalable hot site disaster recovery platforms housed at one of Qwest's CyberCenter locations.

  • One Web server and one database (DB) server-Microsoft SQL
• Storage (133 gigabytes (GB)) RAID 5
• Tape backup (150GB)

Dedicated Hosting Collocation Services Plus TWO:

Everything contained in the Dedicated Hosting Collocation Services Bundle plus your choice of two of the following:

• Two monitored servers - choose either:

Server Management Services Bundles

Qwest® selects the most popular managed services components and bundles them together with Web server(s) and/or a DB server. Additionally, a dedicated customer service manager (CSM) is assigned to your account. The CSM is your point person and will help implement and support your managed services environment. Select from:

Qwest Hot Site Restoration and Recovery Services Bundle

In event of an emergency, you have access to a room of equipment to keep your business viable. Just bring your software and backup data to your designated Qwest CyberCenter. Qwest provides everything you will need to return to business operations. The Hot Site Restoration and Recovery Services Bundle includes:

• Five medium X86 disaster recovery (DR) servers
• One super digital linear tape (SDLT) drive
• One shared firewall
