Sign up for Qwest Long — Distance Advantage by 9/30/03 and you qualify for Charter Rates as low as 5¢ a minute all day, every day, with no monthly plan fees. It’s as simple as this:

• State-to-state calls are as low as 5¢ a minute and no higher than 6¢ a
minute (plus tax & surcharges) 24 hours a day,seven days a week.
• Your final long — distance rate is based on the total amount you spend
on Qwest products and services in a month
• One combined bill for your Qwest local and long — distance services.

Qwest Long-Distance Charter Offer as low as 5¢ per minute valid for first 12 months of service on selected plan. Must sign up for Charter Offer by 9/30/03. After 9/30/03, Qwest state-to-state long distance is eligible for 5.5¢ to 6.5¢ per minute. 5¢ per minute (plus tax and surcharges) available to Qwest Long-Distance business customers who spend a minimum of $500 per month on combined Qwest products and services and sign a one-year contract.
