A Free self-help tool for Qwest High-Speed Internet® Users

QuickCare identifies and fixes typical problems that may occur with your high-speed Internet service automatically. Installed on your desktop, QuickCare provides help on demand any time you have a problem with your high-speed Internet service—quickly and without calling technical support.

QuickCare:

  • Fixes many Internet and e-mail problems with just the click of your mouse.
  • Safeguards your application settings to they can be restored quickly and easily.
  • Troubleshoots your problem so you can avoid lengthy technical support calls.
  • Repairs your high-speed Internet connection and notifies you of any service interruptions.

QuickCare requires:

  • Operating system of 32-bit Windows Vista™ (with Service Pack 1), Windows® XP (with SP 1, 2 or 3). Not supported on 64-bit Windows, Windows 7 or Macintosh®.
  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 6, 7 or 8 (or the MSN Browser). If Firefox 3.0 is the default browser, Internet Explorer or the MSN Browser must be the secondary browser.
  • Screen resolution should be a minimum of 800 x 600.
