QuickCare identifies and fixes typical problems that may occur with your high-speed Internet service automatically. Installed on your desktop, QuickCare provides help on demand any time you have a problem with your high-speed Internet service—quickly and without calling technical support.
QuickCare:
- Fixes many Internet and e-mail problems with just the click of your mouse.
- Safeguards your application settings to they can be restored quickly and easily.
- Troubleshoots your problem so you can avoid lengthy technical support calls.
- Repairs your high-speed Internet connection and notifies you of any service interruptions.
QuickCare requires:
- Operating system of 32-bit Windows Vista™ (with Service Pack 1), Windows® XP (with SP 1, 2 or 3). Not supported on 64-bit Windows, Windows 7 or Macintosh®.
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 6, 7 or 8 (or the MSN Browser). If Firefox 3.0 is the default browser, Internet Explorer or the MSN Browser must be the secondary browser.
- Screen resolution should be a minimum of 800 x 600.
