Warning! Occasionally the equipment manufacturer provides software updates including enhancements to current operating system features. Depending on the application and usage, it may or may not be an advantage to upgrade the operating system of your equipment. In fact, you could render your equipment inoperable if the upgrade procedures aren’t properly followed, if a corrupt transfer of data across the Internet occurs, or if the operating system release version is improper for your Qwest high-speed Internet services. All customers choosing this medium for upgrading their equipment do so at their own risk. Qwest Broadband customers are provided this information with the understanding of good faith that customers will follow the instructions explicitly.
