Windows® 95 or Windows 98 (Version 1.1)

The total download and installation process typically takes 5-10 minutes to complete. If you stop before the installation is complete, you’ll need to start over.

1. Download the modem software file. When asked, choose to save the file to your computer hard disk. We recommend you save the file to your "c:/temp" subdirectory. Be sure to note where you save it.
   
   Note: If you uninstalled the original software (Version 1.0), you must reinstall it before continuing. Then, continue with the software download.
2. Use these instructions (PDF) to install the modem software.
