Before you begin, it is important to confirm these instructions are for your specific modem. Verify your modem DOES have an antenna, as shown in the photo to the left.

*Windows ME, 2000, 98/98SE, and Mac OS 10.2 or earlier are not supported by Qwest Technical Support. Qwest does not test any software/hardware (e.g. drivers, firmware, modems and adapters) with these operating systems.
