Summary:

CenturyLink announces the planned decommissioning of the Berlin ECS1000 9-1-1 Selective Router. All 9-1-1 trunks will be transferred to an existing DMS-100 switch that shall provide the Selective Router functions. Telcordia® LERG™ has been updated accordingly. In addition, the 9-1-1 voice trunk network currently provided by CenturyLink's ECS-1000 serving two Wisconsin PSAPs will be rehomed to the Warrensburg DMS100 CenturyLink Selective Router.

If you have not already done so, Carriers will need to provision new end office
9-1-1 trunks (ES trunks) for the impacted counties/PSAPs to the new Berlin POI listed below. This connection will ensure your traffic is routed through the Warrensburg DMS Selective Router that will be serving the impacted PSAPs.

After the migration, the Berlin ECS1000 Selective Router will be decommissioned and the 9-1-1 Selective Routing services in will be handled by the Warrensburg DMS-100 CenturyLink Selective Router (via the Berlin POI).
